• We have partnered with Brian at "Brian's Web Gems Glove Relacing" to handle our service work. This will allow us to focus on growing and taking market share of the "Balm Business" in 2024.
• To arrange your service request, please use our service request form by clicking here.

How It Works

• Complete the request by using the link above.
• Once you complete and submit the request you will receive an appointment number and additional instructions via email that includes your scheduled appointment date. 
• You ship the glove to us using your best effort to have it arrive on your appointment date.
• Once the glove is received, your glove will be checked into our inventory system, and you will receive an email of acknowledgement. 
• When your glove is complete, you will receive an email letting you know that your service is complete along with payment instructions.
• Once payment is received, you will receive an email acknowledgement, and your glove will be shipped back to you using the label that you provided us.
• The final step is for you to play catch with a heavy ball for about 10-15 minutes. This allows the glove and pocket to form to your hand.
