• Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. 
• We ship USPS and at this time we only offer shipping within the US.
• Orders received by 9:00 AM EST will ship the same day. 
• Once the tracking information has been provided, no changes can be made to order.  If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.
